1. Our 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags, labels, and protective stickers still attached.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Conditions for a Valid Return
For a return to be accepted and a refund processed, the item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original, sellable condition.
- All original tags, labels, and protective stickers must be attached and untampered.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is required.
- Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition (unless defective upon receipt) will not be accepted for return.
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund if we provide a pre-paid return label.

4. Refund Processing Times

Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
If you haven’t received a refund after the stated period, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
